About The “About”

Finally, I managed to write some things about the “About” page of the blog.  I probably should have done it earlier, but it`s better late than ever.

So, this is what you can find if you click on the pretty colored link above and please please excuse me for any mistakes you may find from time to time, as English is not my first language.

“Thank you so much for being here, spending some time reading my blog. That makes my day a little happier and I appreciate it a lot!!

I am posting from Greece, where I live with my husband and our little angel, our little “Biscotti”.

Photography is my passion since for ever, but over the past couple of years I enjoy a lot taking food pictures. I have attended a few seminars, I read and practice a lot. Not so much anymore, since I am a full-time working mom, so nowadays I try to take advantage of all the cooking and baking I create for my family.

In “SaltyBiscotti” you will find mostly a collection of our daily life cooking and experiments on tastes that I want my family and friends to enjoy. You will also find lots of Greek dishes and visits to local food places. I hope from time to time to inspire you a bit more with little travels we take around here, experiencing the unique Greek landscape and cuisine.

Thanks again for reading!! I hope you enjoy what you see and come back again!!

Love, Anthea”

  1. Thank you for this « About ». It is so nice, I discover every time your country (Greece) and your posts are really nice. One time, I went to Athens and I really enjoyed. 😉
Your pics are great. Keep your good work here and see you soon. 😉

      1. Thank you so much. You also made my day. I will translate an article about Gluten today. I think it will be much better to understand why I changed my nutrition. I did it in French but I was thinking that it’s not international. 🙂
So I’ll tell you when I finished to translate. 🙂
Thank you again and happy to know your blog too.
        See you,
        Jessica
