A favorite, great desert book, is the “Only Chocolate”.
Unfortunately it is written in Greek. Allow me to discuss about it a bit though, I think it deserves a place on the “Food Library“.
It is a collaboration between the chef Akis Petretzikis and Nestle Dessert and as you can imagine it is full of chocolate.
You can find great recipes on chocolate sweets on the 6 chapters included, with very easy method instructions and well presented ingredients lists. Below every recipe, you can check the preparation time and cooking time needed, along with the difficulty on making the dish.
Of course lots of tips are available and the photography of the deserts is amazing. The book`s design is brown, I believe from the color of chocolate so all the pictures are in a dark mood, which i find brilliant.
I am planning to test many of the recipes from the book and of course experiment with the photography lighting and composition.
At the moment I have made Chocolate Pancakes, which I believe is your favorite post on “SaltyBiscotti” so far and I totally agree with you! 🙂
