Greek Pizza

It`s Pizza Time!!

I wanted to localise it a bit, so I called it Greek. Plus, I wanted an excuse to use my homemade tomato sauce and I believe pizza is the perfect match. And pasta of course, but that is another post.

I should note that it feels great to simply combine a few mediterranean ingredients and become everyone`s kitchen hero. The difficult part is to keep them waiting with all that smell wandering around, just to get a few shots.

So, If you want to try, add some cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, an onion, black olives and some oregano and bake for 30 minutes.

*Add the olives a few minutes before taking the pizza out of the oven, not before.Β
