Scrambled Eggs & Avocado On Toast

I made this breakfast a while ago. It took me a while to post it, but I think you will like it. It is the easiest and one of the most delicious tastes I can have for breakfast or brunch, perfect for the weekend.

You will need for 2:

4 eggs

heavy cream

2 slices of bread

1 avocado

salt & pepper

olive oil

Prepare the scrambled eggs and toast the bread. Put the heavy cream in a pan on low temperature and start beating the eggs in a bowl. Add some salt and pepper and as soon as the cream starts to boil, add the eggs. Stir for the next two minutes. When ready put them on the toasted bread.

Slice the avocado and add on top of the eggs. Sprinkle with some more salt, pepper and olive oil.
