This week, I got a little more into food blogging and food photography again and I realised how much I miss it. I am heading towards the 6th month of pregnancy and feel a lot heavier than usual, but I cannot give up. So, I just received my new Vanguard tripod from Amazon and this new fantastic cookbook, not from Amazon, from the local bookshop of course. It is all about the Greek cuisine, including 260 modern cooking recipes from this top chef. I can`t wait to start.
My dear K. asked for a good Greek breakfast for the Saturday morning, but I had no time to prepare what I wanted to cook for my family, so instead I baked for them a Mpatzina pie, which is super tasty and quick and a few chocolate cookies. The rest of the tastes next Saturday…
Back to the cookies, which are soft and crunchy and with triple chocolate. What more to ask. I wish you could smell our kitchen. First the pie and then the cookies, it was as if we were expecting people for a party.

You will need:
200 gr. butter
125 gr. sugar
275 gr. all purpose flour
4 tbs cocoa
150 gr. milk chocolate
150 gr. praline chocolate
150 gr. white chocolate
* Pre heat your oven to 180 *C and lay on a pan baking paper. Beat in a mixture the ingredients given on the list until properly homogenized. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
