Back to my favorite chocolate dishes dear friends. It is such a long time since I baked or made a chocolate dessert at home. Shame on me…it must be my pregnancy. Anyway, my friends requested brownies with strawberries, so it was my pleasure to make some and a great opportunity for a good photo shoot. Actually, it was the best food photo shoot of the month, mostly because I was eating the brownies and the strawberries at the same time…
It is a very easy recipe to make and you will get really excited with the result. These brownies are crispy on top and as soft as they should be on the inside. Good chocolate and cocoa quality is a must. Other than that, enjoy all the wonderful chocolate smell that your kitchen will have.
You Will Need:
250g. dark chocolate, finely chopped
40g. cocoa powder
300g. white sugar
Strawberries to decorate
* In a bain marie, melt the butter along with the chocolate. Remove the bowl from the bain marie and beat with a hand whisk until the mixture is thoroughly combined. Add all the other ingredients and mix with the whisk. Prepare a baking pan with some butter and cocoa. Spread the mixture in the pan and bake at 180*C for 30 minutes.
Remove it from oven and allow it to cool a bit. Serve at room temperature with some fresh strawberries.
