This is by far the best salad I had this summer. This is not an overstatement. Peach, melon, prosciutto and gruyere. These ingredients taste fantastic on their own, imagine to combine them on a dish and add some olive oil, mixed with balsamic vinegar.
I had it for two days in a row -I may got a little addicted and gave some fork fights with my husband, but I could not believe how GOOD this tastes.
We Greeks, refuse to let summer go, so as long as it is still here for a while and the fruits are on their best time, there is not a better lunch choice.
You Will Need (for 1):
a slice of mellon
3-4 prosciutto slices
add on top some gruyere
salad dressing: mix olive oil with some balsamic vinegar
* Just add the sliced fruit and frosciutto on a bowl, add on top some gruyere slices and complete the dish with the mixed olive oil sauce.
