Crepes With Chocolate & Crumbed Bisquits.
1 cup of milk,
1 cup of all purpose flour, sifted
1/2 t.s. salt
60 gr. melted butter
In a bowl, beat all ingredients until homogenised. Leave aside for 20 minutes. In a frying pan, melt some butter, in high heat, take some mixture with a medium size cup and throw it in the pan for two minutes until golden. Fry both sides. After the second crepe, lower the heat. If necessary, add some extra butter to the pan. Serve with chocolate and some crumbed bisquits.
